Follow-Up Email Agent
Drafts your follow-up emails from raw meeting notes, in your voice, every time.
Most follow-up emails don't get sent. Not because there's nothing to say — you were in the meeting, you know what happened and what's supposed to happen next — but because sitting down to actually write the thing is the last part of the task anyone wants to do after a long call.
So the notes sit in Notion. Or on a napkin. Or in a voice memo you swore you'd transcribe. Two days later you send "just circling back on our conversation" and wonder why nobody responds.
I built this agent to close that gap. You dump your raw notes — bullet points, half-sentences, timestamps, whatever you actually typed during the call — and the agent turns them into a clean, ready-to-send email. It pulls out the action items, assigns them by name, includes the next steps, and matches the tone you were using in the conversation. The whole thing takes about 30 seconds. You read it, change one or two words if something's off, and send. That's the whole thing.
What it does
- Reads raw meeting notes — bullet points, fragments, voice memo transcripts — and drafts a follow-up in under 30 seconds
- Matches your writing voice automatically so the email sounds like you, not a template
- Lists action items by owner so nothing gets lost or reassigned by accident
- Handles any meeting type: client calls, team syncs, investor updates, vendor negotiations
- Learns your preferences over time — tone, length, format — so every draft needs fewer edits
- Runs locally in Claude Code so your notes never touch a third-party server
Who it's for
- →Freelancers and consultants who send the same kind of follow-up after every client call
- →Founders who have too many conversations and not enough time to document all of them
- →Sales people who need consistent, personalized follow-ups without writing each one from scratch
- →Anyone who types "great talking today" and then stares at a blank page
