What it does

Adamma's own end-to-end personal build process: the umbrella that runs vibe-architect-os (optional), governance, PRD, build, and security in a fixed, mandatory order, tuned to how she actually works.

How it works

Opens by asking what you want to build, gives a short roadmap of what's coming next, then offers the agentic-design pass as the only optional phase. From there, four phases run every time, no exceptions, each with a full-recap checkpoint before advancing:

• Governance: both tracks surfaced, human-in-the-loop framed first per her stance, picks written directly into the PRD's feature set rather than left as a separate document nobody reads again
• PRD: full discovery if context is thin, or drafted straight from what's already been said if it isn't
• Build: Claude Code by default, opens with a real stack recap pulled from the PRD before the step-by-step build map, every step required to carry a verification checklist
• Security: run as its own dedicated pass, not folded into "one more build step," the phase most likely to get skipped or bolted on late based on past builds

Try it

I want to build [idea]. Give me a short roadmap of what's coming, then ask whether I want
the optional agentic-design pass. Either way, run governance (surfacing both
human-in-the-loop and human-in-the-lead options), then the PRD, then the build in Claude
Code with a verification checklist on every step, then a dedicated security pass at the
end, checkpoint with a full recap before each phase.
