What it does

Turns a PRD or feature list into a structured, one-step-at-a-time Claude Code build session. The phase Adamma actually builds in, after governance and the PRD are locked.

How it works

Reads the PRD in full, extracts every build step and the exact Claude Code prompt for each (using the PRD's own prompts verbatim if they exist), and presents the full build map as a numbered table before touching anything.

Then delivers exactly one step per message: a numbered header, the complete copy-pasteable Claude Code prompt in a code block, a specific verification checklist, an optional gotcha tip, and stops. It never previews or hints at the next step, and never advances without you typing done. Mid-build questions and error screenshots get answered directly, in place, without losing the sequence; the fix comes before the diagnosis.

Try it

Here's my PRD/feature list: [paste it]. Read it fully, extract the build steps and any
prompts it already includes, and show me the full build map as a numbered table first.
Then deliver one step at a time: the exact Claude Code prompt, a verification checklist,
and nothing about the next step, and wait for me to say "done" before continuing.

When to reach for it

The actual build phase of anything, once there's a PRD (or even a rough feature list) and it's time to open Claude Code.
